We are asking all students, faculty, and staff to participate in a short survey to help the Libraries better understand our campus communities’ needs. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

The survey may be submitted anonymously, though submitters are encouraged to list their email if they are interested in redeeming library swag or receiving follow up about a potential focus group.

As a thanks for your participation, please show email proof of your survey submission at the front desk of the Brooklyn Campus Library to redeem one piece of library swag. Library swag offerings include tote bags, notebooks, and mood pencils (while supplies last).
